PATIENT INFORMATION
Insurance
We accept most major health insurances including Anthem, Aetna, Optima, Medicare, and Tricare. Due to the number of various insurances, we suggest that you call your insurance company to confirm that our practice participates in your insurance plan, and that you are aware of your benefits (deductible, co-pay, number of visits). Payments and co-pays are due when services are rendered. We accept cash, checks, money orders, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover as forms of payment. Our administrative staff is available Monday - Thursday from 9AM-6PM and Friday 9AM-3PM to help answer any questions you may have.
Telephone Calls
Our administrative staff is able to assist you with scheduling and canceling appointments, or with any insurance/billing questions you may have. For emergencies after business hours, please contact our on-call therapist at 757-406-0609. If for any reason you cannot reach our on-call therapist, please call 911.
Office Hours
Our office hours are from 9AM-6PM Monday through Thursday and 9AM-3PM on Friday. Each of our clinicians have their own hours and may be available outside of the regular business hours. If you need to cancel an appointment we do require at least 24-hour notice unless there are extenuating circumstances. Otherwise, there is a $50.00 fee for NO SHOWS or LATE CANCELLATIONS. (Insurance policies do not cover this fee.) Payment of this fee is due before the client's next appointment.
